рН-meter / ion-meter Itan
рН-meter / ion-meter Itan represents a new generation of universal laboratory pH-meters – ion-meters with unique functionality. The device is designed to measure pH with different types of glass electrodes and auxiliary reference electrodes, pX, molar and mass concentrations of ions, and oxidation-reduction potentials (Eh) by method of potentiometry. pH-meter / ion-meter is equipped with in-built magnetic stirrer and rack with a clamp for installation of working electrodes, auxiliary reference electrodes and a thermosensor. Stirring with magnetic stirrer is controlled in the automatic mode by setting the relevant commands in technique parameters (stirring level, presence of stirring before and during measurement). рН-meter / ion-meter operation can be both autonomous and computer-controlled. In the autonomous mode the device is controlled from the sensor panel located at the LCD. Owing to the graphic display, operator can view the calculated equation of calibration dependence, as well as the dependence itself as a plot or a table. Linearity of the calibration chart is assessed, outliers are excluded and steepness of the electrode function is compared with its certified value for the electrode used (when measuring pH – a glass electrode). The type of electrode used and its characteristics are entered and saved in the analyzer memory. Each operator action is regulated by the selected analysis technique and is displayed on the pH-meter/ion-meter display. In order to obtain precise analysis result, it is sufficient to accurately follow the device instructions. Operator can use up to 50 analysis techniques, parameters of which are stored in the device memory. The device can be used as a high-resistance millivoltmeter in potentiometric titration and measurements by standard addition method, as well as an electronic thermometer.
pH-meter / ion-meter is reliable, it guarantees high reproducibility, accuracy of measurements and stability of results; it is designed for routine analysis and scientific research. Characteristic features of pH-meter/ion-meter ITAN- Metallic case resistant to chemical and mechanic impact.
