Programmable two-chamber furnace PDP-Lab

Programmable two-chamber furnace PDP-Lab is a space-efficient, high-speed two-chamber device capable of simultaneous vaporization and cineration of up to 18 samples for subsequent analysis by various methods. It has a closed muffle-type chamber and a semi-closed electric hot plate type chamber placed upon it. Components of furnace case are made of stainless steel, which makes it possible to use it in the presence of aggressive acid vapors.

The furnace can be used by analytical, environmental, medical, inspection, certification, research and other laboratories and centers. Vaporization and cineration processes are controlled independently and can be performed simultaneously.

Characteristic features of the PDP-Lab furnace

• Combination of electric hot plate and muffle chamber in one device.
•  Possibility of setting and storing in the memory 9 programs of thermal sample treatment stages for each chamber. 
•  Vaporization and cineration processes are controlled independently and can be performed simultaneously.
• Use of crucibles of different volumes: quartz 20 and/or 65 ml. and porcelain up to 90 ml.
•  The furnace set comprises:
  - crucibles of the type indicated by the customer: quartz V=20 ml. (18 items) or quartz V=65 ml. (10 items) or porcelain V=90 ml. (10 items);
  - methodology guidelines on mineralization of food product samples;
  - furnace appraisal technique.

Control panel offers:

9 programs of thermal treatment for each chamber.
From 1 to 9 automatically temperature- and time-controlled stages in each program.

Time of stage implementation from the moment of set temperature achievement – 0...999 min.
